CIN is a leading forum for industry professionals to exchange ideas and promote partnerships across the commodities value chain

Our mission is to promote the exchange of ideas to improve understanding and inform decision-making for stakeholders exposed to the commodities industry.

Since the financial crisis, banking institutions have largely been in the limelight as a result of the systemic risks they pose. Today, a growing effort is being made by regulators across the globe to encourage greater transparency surrounding the operations, risks and strategies deployed by Commodity market participants, particularly trading houses.

It is not only the trading of commodities coming under increasing pressure. The pattern of physical production and consumption of commodities are changing, too. Whether it is the emergence of new sources of oil and gas supply; the changing economics of renewable energy or the drive to improve price discovery across commodity benchmarks, it is clear that participants across the whole value chain have an interest in hearing from others.

All events will be under Chatham House Rules.
