The global gas industry is undergoing transformation.  The anticipated arrival of a surge of LNG into the global market - as supply projects from Australia and the U.S come onstream - will have major implications for the way gas is traded in Europe.

CIN is bringing together leading experts in the natural gas value chain to discuss topics such as the impact of LNG on European gas demand; how LNG is set to compete with Russian gas supplies (including Nord Stream 2); the future of oil-indexation and destination clauses; and finally, what role new partnerships might play for both physical and portfolio players in the sector. 

To discuss these issues, CIN has brought together the following speakers: 

Amos Hochstein, Vice President and Senior Advisor at Tellurian Inc

Amos joined Tellurian in 2017. Prior to joining the company, Amos served as the U.S. Special Envoy for International Energy Affairs and led the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Energy Resources. As the U.S. "Energy Diplomat," Hochstein oversaw global U.S. energy foreign policy engagement and advised the Secretary of State and the Vice President of the U.S. on global energy markets.



Krzysztof Zielicki, former Global Head of Strategy and M&A, Rosneft and advisor to Golar LNG

Krzysztof has over 30 years of experience in the finance and oil industry, previously as Head of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions at Rosneft, CEO of BP Poland and COO of Sidanco. He is currently engaged as an advisor to Golar LNG. He has served on more than 12 boards of various companies. His charity experience includes local housing associations, school governors and the British judo council.


Onursal Soyer, Deputy CEO of Lambert Energy Advisory

Onursal is Deputy CEO of Lambert Energy Advisory (LEA), one of London’s leading M&A and strategic advisory firms dedicated solely to the oil and gas sector. Onursal holds a BSc Hons. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, gained in senior positions at Shell, Lasmo and ENI. 

Jorgen Keyser, Negotiations Project Manager, Statoil

Jorgen has over 20 years experience in business development and deal structuring in the oil and gas sector. He previously worked for BP supporting its North Africa projects. He has also held a number of roles at Sindicatum Sustainable Resources, a leading player within the clean energy and sustainable resources sector.


Nadia Kazakova, Russia oil and gas Strategist

Over the last 15 years, Nadia has worked as a senior sell-side research analyst for JPMorgan, Alfa Bank in London and MDM Bank in Moscow as well as buy-side analyst for Schroders Investment Management and Fleming Family Partners in London. 



Patrick Heren, Gas expert

Patrick is a leading energy commentator and consultant, with nearly 30 years experience of competitive energy markets. He was the founder of Heren Energy (later ICIS Heren). He is widely known as an authoritative analyst of the British and European gas markets and has also been engaged as a strategic commercial advisor on a number of important LNG and pipeline gas contracts.
